Pet Policy
As a pet-friendly community, we want your four-legged family member to feel right at home. Walking distance to Saucon Rail Trail and Hellertown’s Water Street Park. We’re close to Monocacy Park to walk your dog and explore the area. Bonus, you can train Fido off leash here as well.
Cat Fee – $200 fee $30 monthly fee.
Dog Fee – $350 fee $40 monthly fee.
No more than a total of two pets permitted per apartment. Dog Breed Restrictions Apply.
All residents and applicants are required to complete a PetScreening application. This application is required for pet and animal owners and applicants who do not own a pet or animal.
